- The staff was not well trained, behaved rudely, and did not know what are the price conditions their hotel is offered at bookings.com; the poor quality of food at breakfast and no choice whatsoever;overall impression: big investment, but poor services ruin all the impression.

Definitely a great hotel! Clean and spacious rooms, good wi-fi, friendly staff, small and private spa - all you need. We tried their restaurant and it was superb. Compliments to their chef! To sum up, a true bargain.

This hotel is amazing! It is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The staff at the reception desk are friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me with any requests I had. The room amenities are top-notch, including a mini-bar, a comfortable sitting area, and a dressing area. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided in the bathroom. The hotel has excellent Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for entertainment purposes.
In the restaurant, the food was not the best, but overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the area.

We just needed a place to stay one night while traveling across Bulgaria and were pleasantly surprised by the Efir. Near the center of town, it has its own on-street parking, clean & nicely decorated rooms, excellent bathrooms, and friendly staff. The included breakfast had a nice choice of options. Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, big bathroom, fast lift, and good value for money.
Can recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Efir for three nights on a business trip. The staff were extremely helpful and the bathroom was nice. One unique feature was the glass-sided lift, which provided an interesting view. The breakfast options were excellent, with a delicious Lite Breakfast from the menu on the first day and a buffet on the second morning. The coffee, juice, and water were all tasty. The hotel is well-maintained, with spacious and well-furnished rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The shower cabin was very large, and the personnel were friendly. Additionally, there are several nice restaurants within a short walking distance.
I can recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay at a hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff was fantastic. The Roman ruins were just a short walk away, and the hotel was close to other attractions. The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. The parking was convenient, and the security camera provided peace of mind. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the sights of interest. It is also not far from the train station and bus station, making it a convenient choice for backpackers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and friendly staff. The breakfast offers a good selection of cooked food and cereals/fruit. Additionally, the hotel has helpful and friendly staff who provide good service.
The restaurant in the hotel may not offer the best dining options, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Loved the secretarial services at the 24-hour reception, made me feel like a boss. The spa area and terrace were my hangout spots, so fancy. The bar with a fireplace and leather armchairs made me feel like a VIP. Unforgettable experience indeed.
Please, who needs a big TV anyway?
